By downloading or using Fix My Japanese ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the AI limitations stated above. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.

Service Tiers:

• Free tier: 3 corrections per day
• Premium subscription: Unlimited corrections

Subscription Terms:

• Payment charged to Apple ID at purchase confirmation
• Auto-renewal unless turned off 24-hours before period end
• Renewal charges occur within 24-hours before period end
• Manage subscriptions via App Store Account Settings
• No refunds for unused subscription time
• Prices subject to change with notice
• Unused free corrections expire daily at midnight

• Use the App only for learning and practice purposes
• Do not rely on the App for critical communications
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the App
• Do not use the App for commercial purposes without written consent
• Do not use the App to violate any third-party rights
• Verify all corrections independently before use

• You retain ownership of any text you input
• We do not store or retain input text
• You are solely responsible for your input content
• We are not responsible for lost or unverified corrections
• Do not input sensitive, confidential, or critical information

You explicitly acknowledge that:

• The App uses experimental AI technology
• AI corrections are suggestions only
• The system will make mistakes
• Corrections may be partially or completely wrong
• The AI may misunderstand context or nuance
• Accuracy rates vary and are not guaranteed
• No corrections should be trusted without verification
• We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability

• The App and its content remain our exclusive property
• Our trademarks may not be used without permission
• AI suggestions do not create intellectual property rights

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy of corrections
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Reliability or availability
• Quality or consistency of results

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for damages from App use
• Not responsible for consequences of using AI corrections
• Not liable for decisions based on App output
• Not responsible for losses related to App use
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the App

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• These terms are between you and Fix My Japanese only.
• Apple has no maintenance or support obligations.
• For App warranty failures, Apple will refund the purchase price.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing App-related claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms.

These terms are governed by Japan law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
